Welcome to the Liberty City Police Department First Response Headquarters (LCPD:FR-HQ) Learn More Section! Here you will find a quick walk-thru from signing up all the way to using our web-based system. So let's get started with the signup process and move on from there! In this section, you will also learn about the system and it's functions as a web based application. In this walk thru it will also detail the importance of information that is required for signup and how it is used, however, please review our Terms of Service & Privacy settings for a more indepth look at how your information is managed on this service.

As a reminder, this website, community, and(or) its affilates, and(or) developers of this online system do not and does not represent any actual law enforcement, ems, fire, or other agency.


Sign up (Registration)
  • Signup is fast, easy, and FREE!
  • You will be required to provide certain information before continuing on to the verification page.
    • Required fields include choosing a Username, Password, Valid E-mail address, First & Lastname, Geographic location, Birthday, Gender (Sex), Agree to the TERMS OF SERVICE, and lastly provide the verification Security Code before submitting your application.
    • ** IMPORTANT: Information retrieved during the initial application (signup process) remains private and is not shared with the public or roleplaying platform. This information is strictly used by administrators to properly moderate the website and be provided with necessary contact information. **
  • Next you will receive a Verification E-mail (this is why you MUST provide a valid e-mail address) and instructions on how to verify that you are real.
    • If you do not receive a verification email, you can request another code to be sent to the email address on file.
    • Verification is automatic and instant, once you verify your account will now be activated in the system.
Setting up your profile (Public/Shared)
  • "Police Graduation Screen" will appear once you log into your account for the first time to begin the process of creating your roleplaying profile.
  • In this section you will setup your profile First, Middle, & Lastname and the Department you want to work for.
  • ** NOTE: The name information is for your online profile (public/shared), you do not need to provide your "real" information in this section. The info you place in those boxes is listed for others to view and will remain public and shared on the system.
Visiting your Dashboard (landing page once logged into account)
  • Your Dashboard is the main hub for the entire use of the CAD/MDT system.
  • You will have access to the MDT/MDC Screen, Incident Manager, Report Manager, and Booking Manager.
  • You will be able to view some of the most recent Past Incidents that you have responded to.
  • You will also be able to view your quick displayed profile information and account photo.
My Account (managing your account profile and settings)
  • You can use the account manager to change information such as:
    • Profile Photo, Profile Name, E-mail Address, and Account Password
  • Also you can modify your gameplay settings, such as:
    • Patrol Area (Limited to certain departments), Player Rank, Vehicle Information, and Requesting a Transfer to a different department.
    • Department transfers can be requested and typically take 24 hours to process the request by the automated system, keep in mind once you leave a department any unfinished reports or calls will automatically be reassigned and you will no longer have access to those reports/incidents.
CAD/MDT/MDC Screen & System (let's be honest, this is why we are all here!)
  • Unit Status
    • The unit status portion of the MDT will give you the ability to receive call-outs or notify dispatch that you are out of service while completing other tasks.
    • MDC Tools
      • CHC Inquiry - Gives you the ability to check the database for criminal history's
      • DL Inquiry - Lookup license information from the Liberty City Motor Vehicle Agency.
      • Incident Index - Provides a description and explanation of the different types of call-outs you can receive in the system.
      • Master Name Inquiry - The MNI Lookup will allow you to search for individuals in the city and you can find information such as address, dob, and more.
      • Street Index - Not sure where a street is located? Use the street index to find the Borough and city where it is located.
      • Warrant Inquiry - Stop someone with a Warrant?, Have a suspect with a Warrant?, or Did you stumble upon a missing person? In either case you can check and lookup individuals and execute warrants or missing person files.
      • I.A.R.N. Feed
        • The Inter Agency Radio Network will provide display other activity currently on-going in the CAD system from other users.
